Where's the PHLAIL
This blog will record the whereabouts of the PHLAIL until the Oct. 2014 running of the PHLAIL at Bowdoin College. The Rowdie who manages to place the PHLAIL in the most outrageous place will be the winner. Photo verification is required. Send all photos to bgayton@usm.maine.edu and I will put them up on blog.
